"Submitted Content" means any information, text, graphics or other materials submitted, posted, displayed or otherwise made available on the Service by users. You retain ownership of all Submitted Content you submit, post, display, or otherwise make available on the Service.
By submitting, posting or displaying Submitted Content on or through the Service, you agree that all Submitted Content that you contribute is perpetually and irrevocably licensed to us under the Creative Commons Attribution Share Alike license. We use the collected Information to analyse trends, to conduct research, to administer the Service, to learn about each user's learning patterns and movements around the Service and to gather demographic information and usage behaviour about our user base as a whole. Aggregated and individual, anonymized and non-anonymized data may periodically be transmitted to external service providers to help us improve the Service. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described below in these Terms and Privacy Policy
We may use the individual data and behaviour patterns combined with personal information to provide you with personalized content and better your learning objectives. Third parties provide certain services which we may use to analyze the data and information to personalize, drive insights and help us better your experience or reach out to you with more value-added applications, products, information and services. However, these third-party companies do not have any independent right to share this information.
Pandai does not sell, trade or rent your Information to any third party unless we have been expressly authorized by you either in writing or electronically to do so. We may at times provide aggregate statistics about our customers, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third parties, however, this information when disclosed will be in an aggregate form and does not contain any of your Personally Identifiable Information.
Pandai will occasionally send email notices or contact you to communicate about the Service or Pandai in general, as they are considered an essential part of the Service you have chosen.
We may disclose Information :
As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
To enforce applicable terms, including investigation of potential violations thereof;
When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, address security or technical issues or respond to a government request;
With our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth herein;
To protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of the Service or Pandai or its users or the public as required or permitted by law;
With third-party service providers in order to personalize the Service for better user experience and to perform behavioural analysis;
Any portion of the Information containing personal data relating to minors provided by you shall be deemed to be given with the consent of the minor's legal guardian. Such consent is deemed to be provided by your registration with us.
"Submitted Content" means any information, text, graphics or other materials submitted, posted, displayed or otherwise made available on the Service by users. You retain ownership of all Submitted Content you submit, post, display, or otherwise make available on the Service.
By submitting, posting or displaying Submitted Content on or through the Service, you agree that all Submitted Content that you contribute is perpetually and irrevocably licensed to us under the Creative Commons Attribution Share Alike license. Pandai reserves the right in its discretion to remove any Submitted Content from the Site, re-post any Submitted Content removed, suspend or terminate your account at any time, or pursue any other remedy or relief available under equity or law, for any reason or for no reason at all.

We reserve the right at all times (but will not have an obligation) to remove or refuse to distribute any Submitted Content on the Service and to terminate users or reclaim usernames. We also reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information as we reasonably believe is necessary to (i) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, (ii) enforce the Terms, including investigation of potential violations thereof, (iii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, (iv) respond to user support requests, or (v) protect the rights, property or safety of Pandai, its users and the public.

You must not do any of the following while accessing or using the Service: (i) use the Service for any unlawful purposes or for promotion of illegal activities; (ii) upload or post any Submitted Content (as defined above) in violation of the provisions contained in the "License to Pandai" section of these Terms; (iii) use the Service for the purpose of spamming anyone; (iv) access or tamper with non-public areas of the Service, Pandai's computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of Pandai's providers; (v) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures; (vi) access or search or attempt to access or search the Service using robots, crawlers, or other automated means except as expressly permitted in these Terms; (vii) forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or posting, or in any way use the Service to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information; or (viii) interfere with or disrupt (or attempt to do so) the access of any user, host or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing the Service, or by scripting the creation of Submitted Content in such a manner as to interfere with or create an undue burden on the Service.
We may make available one or more APIs for interacting with the Service. Your use of any Pandai API is subject to these terms and the Pandai API Rules, which will be posted before we make these APIs available (as part of these Terms).
